The mission of this job position will be to guarantee the proper functioning of the service, acting as the point of reference and being responsible for operations and ensuring that the work team follows established instructions and processes.

Reporting to the Production Area Head of the Olympic Ring, you will develop the following functions.

What you'll do

  • Resolve matters where their intervention is necessary due to magnitude, complexity and/or importance.

  • Ensure that the assigned group follows the established instructions and processes.

  • Carry out the control of the tools, materials and facilities under their responsibility, guaranteeing their correct condition.

  • Perform the inspection of the installation and planning of daily operational maintenance tasks, tasks related to production and coordination with the status of the works.

  • Manage service incidents and unforeseen events, following established procedures.

  • Carry out the processing and follow-up of administrative files specific to the field, promoting and following up, drafting the models relating to the file and taking responsibility for the resolution deadlines.

  • Draft documents, requirements and notifications using the corresponding computer supports and models of the assigned unit.

  • Register, classify, and manage information and administrative documents of the assigned unit.

  • Provide administrative support for the preparation of reports specific to the assigned unit.

  • Collaborate in the design and maintenance of the administrative procedures of the assigned unit, providing improvement proposals if appropriate.

  • Collect the necessary data to maintain management indicators, in accordance with the guidelines received.

  • Perform calculations, statistical records, databases and use any other suitable computer application, in order to respond to the needs of the assigned unit.

  • Keep the archive, the document collection and the computer databases of the assigned unit updated.
