Job Requirements

• The minimum formal education is to hold a university degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Business Administration, Industrial Organization, or similar.
• Minimum professional experience of 5 years in the coordination or implementation of integrated management systems in complex environments and in functions similar to those described.
• Knowledge and experience in internal and external audits, certification processes, and process management.
• Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies and tools, indicator visualization, and adaptive management (OKRs, Kanban, dashboards, etc).
• Knowledge of management platforms or collaborative systems.
• Possession of a C1 level certificate in Catalan or formal education of Baccalaureate completed in Catalonia accrediting the C1 Catalan level.
• To hold a B2 level English certificate.
• Knowledge of digital tools (advanced level of ACTIC or passing the digital skills test).

At BSM we are currently looking for an Integrated Management System Area Head, located at the Port Olímpic Central Offices, with an indefinite contract.

The duties defined for this position are, for illustrative and non-limiting purposes:

• Define, drive, and evolve the corporate model of the Integrated Management System, in accordance with BSM's strategy, objectives, and governance model, ensuring its implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Direct, manage, and coordinate the human, economic, and material resources assigned to the Integrated Management System Area, planning activities and promoting the professional development of the team members.
• Drive, plan, and coordinate the organization's process management, promoting common methodologies oriented towards organizational alignment, operational efficiency, and value generation.
• Plan, coordinate, and advise business units and corporate services in the definition, review, simplification, and improvement of organizational processes, providing specialized technical support in process management and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate the governance bodies and instruments linked to the Integrated Management System, especially the IMS Committees, ensuring their correct functioning, the monitoring of adopted agreements, and their integration into corporate management.
• Plan, direct, and supervise the internal, external, and certification audit processes of the organization's management systems, guaranteeing the maintenance of certified standards and driving the corresponding improvement actions.
• Promote a culture of quality, excellence, continuous improvement, knowledge transfer, and organizational learning, fostering the participation and involvement of the different units of the organization.
• Represent the organization before bodies, entities, forums, and working groups related to management systems, quality, excellence, and organizational improvement, promoting knowledge exchange and the incorporation of best practices.
• Guarantee compliance with information security and data protection policies and regulations, communicating any detected incidents and preserving at all times (also once the employment relationship has ended) the confidentiality of information and personal data; establish information security and service requirements and assess security levels and risks in accordance with the National Security Scheme; analyze the potential impact on organizational objectives, the protection of assets, compliance with legality, and citizens' rights.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, ethical, and social sustainability (ESG) criteria and the correct monitoring of risk management measures applicable to the job, in accordance with internal policies, current regulations, and the company's integral risk model, reporting any possible deviations.
• And, in general, all those functions of a similar nature that may be attributed to them.
  Drive the digitalization, evolution, and improvement of the tools, methodologies, and information systems associated with the Integrated Management System, promoting efficiency and innovation in management processes.
