• Minimum university degree in computer engineering, telecommunications, or similar in ICT project management from a business perspective, or a higher vocational training degree in computer science.

• Minimum professional experience of 3 years in the case of university education, in the development of specialized technical functions within the field of activity of the position with autonomy and analytical capacity, and in the execution, monitoring, and improvement of technical processes, or 5 years in the described functions in the case of a Higher Vocational Training degree.

• Catalan Level C1

• Spanish Level C1

• Be in possession of a B1 level English certificate: English must be accredited through the corresponding level certificate obtained in the last 3 years, or in the case of having a certificate with an acquisition date prior to the last three years or in the case of not having one, by taking the level test that BSM will provide to participating persons, which will have a validity of 3 years.

• Knowledge of digital tools (medium level of ACTIC or passing the BSM digital skills test - minimum score of 65%).

Towards the mobility of the future. With a network of more than 40 car parks distributed throughout the city, BSM's car parks are becoming new multi-service spaces to integrate different mobility needs: electric charging, shared mobility solutions, and parcel collection lockers, among others.

• Detect and identify improvements in business needs regarding information technology systems, to optimize operations and transform the business.

• Manage evolutions and developments relating to information systems approved by the business and monitor their implementation.

• Gather new needs according to the context and trends of the mobility of the future, making value proposals that allow for the transformation and growth of the business.

• Gather business needs for the preparation of IT project specifications, to be carried out jointly with the Information Systems division.

• Maintain communication and coordination with other internal BSM areas involved in projects: systems, maintenance, marketing, commercial, legal, procurement, administration.

• Be the business point of reference in transversal and proprietary ICT projects, conveying business needs and requirements to external and internal teams in order to achieve the expected objective.

• Define, execute, and monitor ongoing projects within the technological and digital field, and information systems, working together with the multidisciplinary teams of each project: monitoring compliance with specifications defined and required by the business, the budget, deadlines and established planning, and associated dependencies, etc.

• Prepare monitoring and operational reports.

• Maintain communication and management with service providers.

• Guarantee compliance with information security and data protection policies and regulations, communicating any detected incidents and preserving at all times (also once the employment relationship has ended) the confidentiality of information and personal data, as well as designing and configuring systems with security by default criteria and maintaining the necessary knowledge and training in the National Security Scheme.

• Ensure compliance with environmental, ethical, and social sustainability (ESG) criteria and the correct monitoring of risk management measures applicable to the job, in accordance with internal policies, current regulations, and the company's integral risk model, reporting any possible deviations.

• And, in general, all those functions of a similar nature that may be attributed to them.
