TIC Specialist Technician SMOU

Job Requirements

• The minimum formal education is to hold a University Degree in computer engineering, telecommunications, or similar, or a Higher Degree Vocational Training cycle in systems, telecommunications, automation, maintenance, or related technological fields.
• Minimum professional experience of 3 years in the case of university education, or 5 years in the case of a higher degree vocational training cycle, in complex ICT environments or digital services, preferably in mobility, public services, or smart cities.
• Possession of a C1 level certificate in Catalan or formal education of Baccalaureate completed in Catalonia accrediting the C1 Catalan level.
• Hold a C1 level English certificate
• Knowledge of digital tools (medium level of ACTIC or passing the digital skills test).
• Solid knowledge in SQL/Oracle, REST APIs, systems integration, and monitoring, and knowledge in basic cybersecurity and experience with ITIL or Agile methodologies. Accredited with a degree, experience certificate, or technical test.

At BSM we are currently looking for an ICT Specialist Technician SMOU, located at the Calàbria Central Offices, with an indefinite contract.

The duties defined for this position are, for illustrative and non-limiting purposes:

• Plan, execute, and control activities linked to the evolution, operation, and support of the SMOU platform, guaranteeing its quality, security, continuity, and operability for the correct provision of the service.
• Design, manage, and execute actions, programs, and projects linked to the SMOU technological roadmap, collaborating in the definition of requirements and in the design of optimal, scalable solutions aligned with business needs.
• Plan the resources necessary for the execution of activities, processes, and services linked to SMOU, coordinating and supervising technological providers and acting as a link with the different ICT and business areas.
• Provide criteria and technical support in the development of processes, projects, and services, acting as a technical reference in the definition of requirements, the analysis of solutions, and the resolution of platform operation and evolution needs.
• Coordinate and/or participate in transversal corporation projects according to your field of knowledge, collaborating with the Architecture, Operations, Data, Cybersecurity, PMO, and other ICT areas, as well as with the corporate and business units linked to SMOU.
• Perform the inspection of programs and projects launched according to defined criteria, carrying out the monitoring of performance, service quality, user experience, security, and operational continuity, as well as the management of incidents and improvement needs.
• Make proposals regarding the processes and procedures in which you participate to incorporate improvements in the operation, support, and evolution of SMOU, with the aim of promoting the achievement of company objectives and responding to business needs.
• Propose and develop indicators to effectively monitor processes, services, and projects, monitoring platform performance, service quality, and incidents, and identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate and/or prepare reports, proposals, studies, and other specialized documentation relating to the operation, evolution, and support of SMOU, including functional documentation, performance analysis, user experience, solution proposals, and best practices.
• Provide training within the organization related to the support, operation, and use processes of the solutions linked to SMOU.
• Guarantee compliance with information security and data protection policies and regulations, communicating any detected incidents and preserving at all times (also once the employment relationship has ended) the confidentiality of information and personal data, as well as designing and configuring systems with security criteria by default and maintaining the necessary knowledge and training in the National Security Framework.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, ethical, and social sustainability (ESG) criteria and the correct monitoring of risk management measures applicable to the job, in accordance with internal policies, current regulations, and the company's integral risk model, reporting any possible deviations.
