Maintenance Technician — Anella Olímpica

• Minimum Higher Level Vocational Training in the industrial, energy, maintenance, installations, or similar field, or an equivalent qualification related to the functions of the position, preferably a Degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in technical or support functions linked to the field of activity of the position. Experience in the management and monitoring of facilities and maintenance, energy management and data analysis, as well as in operational management, team coordination, and incident management. • Specific knowledge in:
  • Management and maintenance of facilities, energy efficiency and management, monitoring and analysis of consumption, and monitoring of technical actions.
  • Data management and analysis tools, especially SAP, SCADA, and Power BI, or equivalent tools.
  • Operational management, coordination, and monitoring of incidents in high-activity environments.

• Languages:
  • Catalan Level C1
  • Spanish Level C1
• Intermediate level of ACTIC / Completion of 65% of the digital skills course.

• Execute, plan, and control the preventive and corrective maintenance work carried out by maintenance companies, in accordance with the established planning.
• Collaborate in the design, management, execution, and evaluation of technical incidents and the corrective actions derived from them.
• Collaborate with specialist technicians and experts in their field of knowledge in the monitoring of works and interventions assigned to them.
• Participate in transversal projects of the corporation in accordance with their field of knowledge.
• Perform the technical inspection necessary for the study of new actions, projects, or improvements to the facilities.
• Make proposals regarding the processes and procedures in which they participate to incorporate improvements with the aim of promoting the achievement of the company's objectives.
• Coordinate and/or prepare reports, technical documentation, inventories, and maintenance manuals.
• Keep the technical documentation relating to maintenance, works, inspections, legalizations, and certifications updated and organized.
• Collaborate in the control and monitoring of services provided by external companies, reporting possible non-compliances or incidents.
• Participate in the monitoring and use of the technical management and supervision systems of the facilities, including SCADA systems.
• Verify the execution of work on-site and communicate any detected incidents or deviations to their manager.
• Provide training within the organization related to the subjects in their field of knowledge or directly related to their functions.
• Ensure the protection of personal data and act according to criteria of ethics and transparency.
• Ensure safety and health in their workplace, properly using the equipment related to their activity, in accordance with established procedures and current regulations regarding occupational risk prevention.
• Ensure environmental, ethical, and social sustainability in the workplace in accordance with the commitments made, internal policies, and work procedures; as well as current ESG regulations.
• Ensure the correct functioning and monitoring of preventive, detective, or mitigating measures for the risks that apply in the workplace; as well as reporting in case of detection of deviation in their compliance, in accordance with the company's integral risk management model.
• And, in general, all those functions of a similar nature that may be attributed to them.

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician. The mission of this position will be to provide technical support in the management of preventive and corrective maintenance of the buildings and facilities of the spaces managed by the Division, monitoring the actions carried out by external companies, in accordance with the guidelines and planning established by the area manager; as well as participating in the technical monitoring of works, improvement actions, and interventions on the facilities, providing support for the technical needs derived from operations and events.
