We are currently looking for a Production Technician for the Olympic Ring. The mission of this job position will be to carry out and supervise the event production service, projects within this field, and improvements to the facilities and assets of the spaces managed by the Division or those assigned to it.

What you'll do

Reporting to the Head of the Olympic Ring Production Area, you will develop the following functions.

The duties defined for this position are, for illustrative and non-limiting purposes:

  • Plan, execute, and control the technical production information for events to be held, addressing all technical aspects that may arise during an event (planning, operation, installations, etc.).
  • Design, manage, and execute actions linked to the supervision of infrastructure during the assembly and disassembly of events (control of scaffolding, electrical and connections, control and inspection of Rigging, control of equipment and materials exposed to the public derived from the same event at a technical level of audio, video, air conditioning, ventilation, CATV, lighting, and electrical power, central control, etc.).
  • Plan the resources necessary for the execution of the activities of work processes and procedures, coordinating and supervising the teams under their charge, linked to event production.
  • Provide criteria and technical support in the development of processes, projects, and services, performing supervision to ensure that the client makes use of the means available in the building without this representing a risk to the installation.
  • Coordinate and/or participate in transversal corporation projects according to your field of knowledge.
  • Liaise with the Technical Department regarding installations, equipment breakdowns, etc.
  • Make proposals regarding the processes and procedures in which they participate to incorporate improvements with the aim of promoting the achievement of the company's objectives.
  • Propose and develop indicators for the effective monitoring of processes, performing the monitoring of the same.
  • Coordinate and/or prepare reports, proposals, studies, and other specialized documentation relating to the matters within your field of knowledge.
  • Provide training within the organization related to the subjects in their field of knowledge or directly related to their functions.
  • Guarantee compliance with information security and data protection policies and regulations, communicating any detected incidents and preserving at all times (also once the employment relationship has ended) the confidentiality of information and personal data, as well as designing and configuring systems with security criteria by default and maintaining the necessary knowledge and training in the National Security Framework.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, ethical, and social sustainability (ESG) criteria and the correct monitoring of risk management measures applicable to the job, in accordance with internal policies, current regulations, and the company's integral risk model, reporting any possible deviations.
