Construction Document Controller

• More than 2 years of demonstrable experience as a Document Controller, preferably in industrial, Petrochemical, Chemical, Energy, Pharmaceutical, Food, Construction, and Civil Engineering environments.
• Solid experience in managing all types of technical documentation for engineering and construction projects.
• Deep knowledge of document management standards and regulations in the industry.
• Proficiency in document management tools and software (e.g., EDMS, SharePoint, etc.).
• Excellent organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Ability to work both autonomously and in a team, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
• Good communication skills.
• Residence in Barcelona or surrounding areas.

We are looking for a Construction Document Controller to expand one of our teams in Barcelona.

• Comprehensive management of construction documentation, ensuring its correct organization, filing, and distribution.
• Reception, registration, and control of all incoming and outgoing technical documentation (drawings, specifications, reports, certificates, etc.).
• Distribution of documentation to the corresponding departments and stakeholders, guaranteeing that everyone has the most up-to-date version.
• Control of document versions and revisions, maintaining a complete and accurate history.
• Close collaboration with project managers, engineers, and site personnel to ensure correct document management.
• Preparation of documentation status reports for project management.
• Participation in the continuous improvement of document management processes.
• Ensuring compliance with quality procedures and applicable regulations in the document management of industrial and civil engineering projects.
• Handling of industry-specific document management software.
• Coordination with subcontractors and suppliers for the receipt and sending of their documentation.
• General administrative support related to project documentation.
