• Lead and coordinate all Civil and Structural Engineering activities__SJ_HTML
• Review, coordinate, and approve Civil and Structural Engineering deliverables prepared by engineering contractors and subcontractors, including calculations, drawings, specifications, design reports, material specifications, and other technical documentation, ensuring their quality, consistency, and compliance with approved requirements.
• Guarantee compliance with applicable standards, specifications, and technical requirements, including project-specific standards and Saudi ARAMCO requirements where applicable, providing technical guidance to engineering teams and contractors.
• Act as the Civil and Structural Engineering focal point, coordinating with various stakeholders and participating in technical meetings, design reviews, technical clarifications, problem-solving, and coordination activities, representing the discipline.
• Supervise the progress, technical quality, and compliance of Civil and Structural Engineering activities and deliverables, timely identifying and managing technical, design, constructability, and interface issues, as well as monitoring the technical performance of contractors against approved design criteria and specifications.
• Coordinate Civil and Structural interfaces with different engineering disciplines, including Process, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation, and other disciplines, ensuring proper multidisciplinary integration and the correct resolution of interfaces, RFIs, technical queries, deviations, concessions, and change requests related to Civil and Structural Engineering.
• Provide leadership and technical review over the main areas of Civil and Structural Engineering, including foundations, structural systems, buildings, infrastructure, roads, drainage, concrete structures, steel structures, and other applicable civil and structural works, ensuring technically sound solutions.
• Ensure that Civil and Structural designs are suitable for gas processing facilities and hydrocarbon projects, considering constructability, operability, maintainability, and safety requirements, and guaranteeing the application of international codes and standards along with any applicable specific requirements.
• Provide demonstrated expertise in complex international PMC and EPC projects, including experience in Middle East projects, in both site-based and home-office engineering environments, as well as specific experience in gas processing facilities and hydrocarbon projects and in the execution of multidisciplinary engineering packages.
• Develop the responsibilities of Lead Civil Engineer in an international and fully English-speaking project environment, ensuring effective technical communication and conducting technical meetings, engineering documentation, correspondence, coordination, clarifications, and other communication activities with various stakeholders in English.

We are looking for a Lead Civil Engineer__S

• Demonstrable experience as Lead Civil Engineer or Lead Civil & Structural Engineer in PMC projects.
• Experience in ARAMCO projects and knowledge of ARAMCO standards and norms.
• Experience in Middle East projects.
• Demonstrable experience in EPC projects in gas processing facilities.
• Extensive experience in Civil and Structural Engineering for hydrocarbon sector projects.
• Ability to lead Civil and Structural activities within a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Fluent English / high level, as all project communication and documentation will be conducted in English.
