We are currently looking for a Photovoltaic Site Supervisor to join a strategic project in the renewable energy sector.

You will be responsible for the proper execution of on-site work, coordinating in-house teams and contractor companies, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, schedule and cost standards established during the construction and commissioning of self-consumption photovoltaic plants.

What you'll do

Supervision and coordination of photovoltaic project execution from the site.
Management and monitoring of contractor and subcontractor companies.
Coordination of mechanical and electrical assembly work and commissioning of photovoltaic installations.
Monitoring of site progress and tracking of the execution schedule.
Supervision of compliance with technical specifications, internal procedures and applicable regulations.
Management of the resources required for the execution of the work: materials, equipment and personnel.
Review of measurements, certifications and economic control of the project.
Cost tracking and identification of deviations.
Proposal and implementation of corrective actions.
Coordination with engineering, procurement, prevention and project management departments.
Resolution of technical and operational issues during execution.
Preparation of progress reports and site documentation.
Supervision of compliance with Health and Safety policies.

How you'll work

Start date: immediate

Location: Osona (Barcelona)

Essential requirements

Technical qualifications: Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Technical Architecture, Technical Engineering or similar.
Previous experience as Site Manager, Site Supervisor or Site Manager in photovoltaic projects.
Experience coordinating contractors and subcontractors.
Demonstrable knowledge in construction and assembly of photovoltaic solar plants.
Ability to interpret technical documentation, drawings and site schedules.
Availability to work on-site in Osona.

Valuable requirements

Training in Occupational Risk Prevention (60 hours).
Experience in commissioning and start-up of PV installations.
Knowledge of electrical substations and transmission lines.
Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera or planning tools.
Technical level of English.
