We are selecting an Injection Maintenance Technician to join one of the teams that BETWEEN has deployed at a client in the automotive sector, in a highly automated and technified production environment, at the Sabadell site.

We are looking for a person with technical training in maintenance and a special interest in the field of plastic injection, who wants to develop professionally in a continuous production environment.

• Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on plastic injection machines (Engel), industrial robots, and peripheral equipment.
• Program and adjust industrial robots (Wittmann / Engel) and robot grippers according to the reference, mold, and production process.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, electronic, and pneumatic faults on machines, robots, and injection peripherals.
• Maintain and repair peripherals associated with the injection process, such as temperature controllers, feeders, granulators, and vision systems.
• Work with rotary tables and systems for 2 and 3-component molds, ensuring their correct operation and adjustment.
• Document all interventions and maintenance performed in SAP / digital systems, analyzing recurring failures and collaborating on corrective actions.
• Provide technical support to production during startups, mold changes, and launches of new products, while complying with H&S and environmental protocols.

• You will work the 4th night shift, with a schedule from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
• The work system is organized into a long week (Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and a short week (Wednesday and Thursday).
• You will join a specialized technical team, with direct interaction with production and other departments.
• You will be part of a stable project in a highly demanding industrial environment.

• Training in Intermediate or Advanced Level Vocational Training (FP Grado Medio or Grado Superior) in Electromechanical Maintenance, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or a related field.
• Experience in industrial maintenance in plastic injection environments or production processes.
• Knowledge of corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance.
• Interest in robotics and automated systems.
• Ability to analyze and resolve technical faults.
• Availability to work the night shift.
