What you'll do

Resolve software and hardware incidents and requests for both internal staff Betweeners and consultants joining client projects.
Provide telephone, remote, and on-site support to all BETWEEN GROUP workers.
Document procedures and solutions in our Jira tool.
Set priorities according to problems and needs.
Propose improvement actions.
Seek solutions to recurring problems.
Ensure compliance with service levels.
Follow up on the tasks assigned to each technician.
Respond to user calls and emails regarding ticket claims.

Requirements

Training Higher or intermediate degree in IT.
Experience between 1 and 3 years.
A driver's license is required.
Knowledge of ticketing and remote control tools.
