What you'll get

The role

You will be part of our Customer Service and technical support service for power tools for the Italian market, managing inquiries via telephone and email.
You will provide support both to private individuals who use the tools in their daily lives and to hardware stores, distributors, and points of sale in Italy.

Accompanying private customers and hardware stores/shops in Italy by helping them resolve doubts regarding power tools: Tool handling and use, Consulting catalogs and manuals, Advising on accessory and tool compatibility issues.
