What we're looking for

Minimum education: Intermediate/Advanced Vocational Training or equivalent in Commerce, Sales, Marketing or similar.
Minimum 2 years of commercial sales experience. Experience in consultative selling, cross-selling, and up-selling will be valued.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Social Media Management
Valid B driving license
Sales-oriented profile and mindset
Positive attitude, willingness to learn and continuous improvement
Digital mindset and habits

Nice to have

Advanced English level (B2) will be valued.

At Caetano, the largest group of official dealerships on the Iberian Peninsula, we continue to grow. We are looking for a New Vehicle Salesperson to join one of our flagship centers.

What you'll do

Customer service (identifying needs, explaining the product/service and its added value, explaining promotions and offers, carrying out demonstrations, providing usage advice, resolving queries,...)
Identifying needs within the dealership and online
Selling vehicles and automotive services
Carrying out test drives
Preparation and delivery
Managing the customer database and recording commercial activities in the CRM.
Customer loyalty (ongoing follow-up and quality of service)
Managing incidents
Informing / Processing financing and insurance
Meeting and tracking KPIs (monthly targets)
Dealing with suppliers
Analyzing results and drawing conclusions
Cross-departmental communication within the Group
Contribution of ideas and improvements to internal processes
Cross-selling to other departments and companies within the Caetano Group
