Mobility Department Administrator

Currently, we are looking for an administrative assistant for the mobility department of an important client. Does this suit you?

The selected person will be responsible -among others- for the following functions:

• Supporting the administrative management of international mobility programs for outgoing students (Erasmus+, bilateral agreements, SICUE, and others).
• Processing documentation related to mobility (applications, academic agreements, certificates, financial aid, insurance, etc.).
• Managing institutional databases and external mobility platforms, ensuring correct updates and data quality.
• Handling inquiries from students, faculty, and administrative staff, both in person and via email or telephone.
• Collaborating in the organization of information sessions, orientation days, and activities related to outgoing mobility.

• University training in areas linked to Administration and Management.
• Linguistic competence in English and Basque.
• Experience in administrative tasks and user customer service.
• Good proficiency in IT tools and databases.
• Global organizational capacity and attention to detail, communication competence, ability to work in a team and integration in multicultural contexts, with proactivity and service orientation.
