Manage the sales pipeline in Zoho CRM, measuring conversion ratios, value per client, and profitability.
Attend industry events and meetings to generate networking and brand visibility.
Collaborate closely with the marketing, tax, and legal teams to optimize conversion and the customer experience.
Prepare weekly activity and results reports, proposing improvements and new lines of action.
Lead pilot projects or framework agreements, ensuring commercial follow-up and partner activation.
