The role

We are looking for a SECTOR MANAGER to join our Hotel Majorica located in Palma de Mallorca

The main tasks to be developed are the following:

What you'll do

Supervise the correct functioning of the assigned area or sector of the restaurant.
Coordinate and distribute tasks among waiters and assistant waiters.
Receive and attend to customers, ensuring an excellent experience.
Supervise the setup and breakdown of tables, buffets, and events.
Control that the company's quality and service standards are met.
Manage incidents and customer complaints, providing an immediate response.
Collaborate with the Maître or Head of Floor in the organization of the service.
