The role
We are looking to hire an SME Manager to join our Commercial Banking area. The main objective of the position is to manage and consolidate a portfolio of SME clients (with a business volume focused between 2 and 10 million euros), offering strategic and high value-added financial advice.
In this role, you will act as a point of reference for your clients, driving long-term commercial relationships and marketing the entity's complete catalog of financial products (financing, investment, working capital, treasury, insurance, and payment methods). You will have the support of internal specialists and risk areas to guarantee excellent service and tailored solutions.
What you'll do
- Comprehensively and proactively manage an assigned portfolio of SME clients.
- Acquire new clients in the small and medium-sized enterprise segment to drive commercial expansion.
- Analyze the financial needs of each client and offer personalized strategic advice.
- Study and process risk operations, ensuring the financial health of the operations.
- Collaborate closely with internal product specialists and risk areas to optimize the commercial offering.
