Logistics Manager

At Catenon, we are recruiting a Logistics Manager to join a leading company in the Food & Beverage sector, currently in the midst of growth and expansion across Southern Europe.

This position will play a key role in the management and optimization of the supply chain, ensuring product availability, compliance with service levels, and cost efficiency in logistics operations. Reporting directly to Management, you will work in a dynamic and highly demanding environment, collaborating across different areas of the company and managing relationships with logistics suppliers and operators.

Coordinate and monitor logistics suppliers and operators, ensuring that products arrive on time, in the right volumes, and according to business needs.
Directly manage incidents related to the supply process, ensuring quick resolution.
Ensure adequate stock levels per product, anticipating needs and preventing stockouts.
Manage slow-moving and obsolete products, in coordination with the different areas of the company.
Lead and participate in logistics efficiency and optimization projects, identifying opportunities for improvement in processes and costs.
Ensure compliance with the financial targets established for each product and service.
Maintain a smooth relationship with key logistics suppliers and partners.
Collaborate across different internal departments to adapt logistics operations to business needs.

University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in positions of responsibility within logistics, supply chain, procurement, or related areas.
Experience in the Food & Beverage, Retail, FMCG, or high-consumption sectors.
Experience managing logistics suppliers and operators.
Advanced English, both written and spoken.
