If you are studying and want to learn about occupational health and safety (HSE) culture, continuous improvement, and how to create engaging educational content, this is your opportunity! Join our dynamic HSE Culture and Continuous Improvement team in the Welcome U Scholarship Program.

In this adventure, Moeve professionals will accompany you to make the most of this experience.

What you'll do

You will support the creation and development of educational content such as infographics, fact sheets, and awareness campaigns on occupational risks (HSE) and efficiency methodologies (Lean, 5S, Visual Management).
You will collaborate on editing videos, presentations, and multimedia materials to promote safe behaviors and operational excellence habits.
You will learn by participating in supporting culture campaigns, organizing thematic sessions, corporate events, and group dynamics focused on awareness.
You will support the management and updating of internal communication channels and knowledge management platforms for both areas.
You will collaborate on researching best practices and trends in safety and continuous improvement to propose innovative training formats.
You will learn by supporting the monitoring and control of campaign KPIs to measure their impact and propose improvements.

What are we looking for?

Students in the final years of a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Engineering or equivalent.
Valuable and preferred: currently pursuing or having completed a Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (Workplace Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and/or Ergonomics and Applied Psychosociology).
Have at least 120 approved credits, with active enrollment at a university (with an internship agreement).
Curricular or extracurricular internships.
Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to promoting safe work habits and process optimization.

Skills and Aptitudes

Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the creativity to turn technical concepts into engaging messages.
Strong ability to synthesize information, organize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously with a proactive approach.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint).
Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere, Miro, Powtoon, or similar) is valued.
Curiosity and interest in the occupational health and safety sector, preventive culture, and teamwork.
