If you are currently studying and eager to learn about maritime claims management, cost analysis, and how to protect the value of Trading operations, this is your adventure! Join our dynamic Claims & Demurrages team in the Welcome U Internship Program.
On this adventure, you will be accompanied by Moeve professionals so you can make the most of this experience, becoming an expert in contractual review, document control, and risk assessment within the maritime sector.
What you'll do

You will support the analysis and validation of maritime claims by reviewing costs, calculations, and supporting documentation to protect the Trading P&L.

You will collaborate in reviewing voyage documentation and preparing key summaries for claims and risk assessments.

You will learn how to manage claim deadlines and records, ensuring strict contractual compliance and information control.

You will support the maintenance of reports, databases, and KPI generation, driving process improvement and digitalization initiatives.

You will actively collaborate with the team to ensure operational efficiency in demurrage management.
What we're looking for

Final-year undergraduate or Master's students in Data Analysis or related fields with a Data Analyst profile.

At least 120 completed credits and active enrollment at a university (with an internship agreement).

Curricular or extracurricular internships.

Fluent level of English.

Eager to learn, grow, and bring an analytical mindset with strong attention to detail when reviewing operational and contractual documentation.
Nice to have

Analytical capacity to interpret operational and financial data.

Advanced skills in Excel and a passion for data analysis.

Detail-oriented approach for reviewing costs, calculations, and contractual terms.

Organizational skills to manage deadlines and maintain document control.

Curiosity about the Trading sector, maritime logistics, and digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives.
