  • Evaluate the granularity of demand and impacts on final results for each of the businesses.

  • Evaluate the impact of internal and external factors on predictions to ensure maximum accuracy.

  • Support strategic decision-making through robust quantitative projections.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools, models, and forecasting processes in collaboration with the Demand Planning team.

  • Participate in demand enrichment forums with the rest of the demand planning team and the commercial teams of each of the businesses.

  • Required technical knowledge, tools, or skills:

    • Statistical and machine learning models (XGBoost, ARIMA, SARIMAX, LSTM...).

    • Advanced data analysis (outlier detection, correlations, regressions, variable interpretation, and insight identification).

    • Programming focused on scripting, automation, and production (Python highly valued).

    • Visualization and reporting tools (Power BI and advanced Excel).

    • Key competencies: advanced analytics, critical thinking, results orientation, effective communication, and collaborative work.
