At ConfiARTE, a consultancy specialized in talent selection, we are looking for a first-class foreman for a rebar workshop to join a major industrial project located in Tauste (Zaragoza).

This is a stable position at a plant dedicated to rebar pre-assembly, where the selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating workshop activity and acting as the link between the client and the subcontractor company in charge of production.

Main duties

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activity of the rebar pre-assembly workshop.
• Plan and monitor production to ensure compliance with deadlines and quality standards.
• Act as the main point of contact between the client and the subcontractor company.
• Coordinate the work of the subcontractor's team leader, who is responsible for a team of approximately 30 workers.
• Monitor the correct execution of the work, resolving incidents and ensuring compliance with established procedures.
• Manage documentation and monitor production using computer tools.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and organization standards at the workplace.
• Plan and monitor production to ensure compliance with established deadlines.

• Demonstrable experience as a rebar foreman, preferably in production or construction environments.
• Essential knowledge of rebar preassembly.
• User-level proficiency in computer tools (email, spreadsheets, document management, etc.).
• Organizational, leadership, and team coordination skills.
• Communication skills to manage the relationship with the client and the subcontractor.
• Residence in Zaragoza or surrounding areas, or willingness to commute daily to Tauste.

• Previous experience as a rebar foreman, preferably in construction sites or pre-assembly plants.
• Essential knowledge in rebar preassembly.
• Ability to coordinate teams and manage production.
• User-level proficiency in computer tools.
• Organized and results-oriented profile with strong communication skills.
