Job Description

Ensure the comprehensive, efficient, and strategic management of one or more real estate assets, ensuring their operability, profitability, and regulatory compliance, as well as tenant satisfaction. The Building Manager acts as the link between the property, vendors, and building users, providing a consultative vision focused on continuous improvement and sustainability. 

What you'll do

Operational Asset Management 

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of technical facilities (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators, etc.). 

  • Coordinate and control contracted services: maintenance, cleaning, security, landscaping, among others. 

  • Manage incidents and ensure their efficient resolution. 

  • Monitor energy consumption and propose efficiency measures. 

2. Tenant Relations 

  • Address tenant inquiries, complaints, and needs. 

  • Organize periodic meetings to assess satisfaction and anticipate needs. 

  • Coordinate space handovers and returns. 

3. Financial Management 

  • Prepare and control the operating budget (OPEX). 

  • Validate invoices, code expenses, and perform financial tracking. 

  • Prepare periodic reports for the property owner. 

4. Regulatory Compliance and Documentation 

  • Ensure compliance with local and industry regulations (H&S, CAE, emergency plans). 

  • Keep the asset's technical and legal documentation up to date. 

  • Coordinate audits, inspections, and drills. 

5. Improvement and Sustainability Projects 

  • Propose and implement improvement projects (CAPEX). 

  • Participate in sustainability initiatives and environmental certifications (LEED, BREEAM). 

  • Collaborate in sales processes, technical due diligence, and data room reviews. 

What we're looking for

Required profile:  

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in corporate building or real estate asset management 

English level: B2 or B2-C1 

Nice to have

Valuable knowledge:  

Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 

  • Valuable certifications such as CPM (Certified Property Manager) – IREM 

  • RPA (Real Property Administrator) – BOMI 

  • FMP (Facilities Management Professional) – IFMA 

  • LEED AP – USGBC
