What is the challenge?
What you'll do
Your main duties will be:
- Participate in the Recruiting strategy, based on reports, process KPI monitoring, market research, and the creation of Talent Maps to identify target profiles for the Corporate Areas business.
- Support in managing the search and talent attraction process (posting job offers on different job boards, as well as direct sourcing, CV screening, phone screening, group dynamics, and competency-based interviews) ranging from business profiles to technology.
- Support in conducting competency-based personal interviews for identified candidates
- To build a candidate network, providing feedback on the process and maintaining ongoing contact and relationships.
