What you'll do

- Manage end-to-end selection processes for the Cyber business, including posting, searching, identifying, evaluating, and interviewing candidates.
- Collaborate with business leaders to define hiring needs and required profiles, acting as an advisor on Recruiting matters.
- Design and execute attraction strategies, including job postings, direct sourcing, campaigns, and networking.
- Support talent acquisition projects: attending job forums, fairs, universities...
- Guarantee a good candidate experience throughout the entire process, providing feedback, maintaining continuous communication, and contributing to the creation of a candidate network.
