We are looking for a Business Director with +8 years of experience in business consulting and a proven ability to lead relationships with strategic clients. This person will be responsible for growing strategic accounts for Merkle across various sectors.
Their focus will be on client management, ensuring the quality of existing services and the development of the account through value-added services around digital strategy.
- +8 years of experience in consulting, digital agency, or a similar environment.
- Experience leading complex, multi-client, or multinational accounts.
- Background in selling digital solutions (technology, data, UX, business strategy).
- Ability to understand business challenges and convert them into value solutions.
- Excellent communication in Spanish and English.
- Strategic mindset, oriented towards results and with commercial sensitivity.

What you'll do
You will be responsible for building relationships of trust with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to offer solutions that combine the best of our capabilities in consulting, data, technology, and user experience.
- Lead strategic accounts, with a focus on growth and profitability.
- Detect business opportunities and participate actively in the consultative sale of CX, data, technology, and experience design projects.
- Be the point of reference for the client, understanding their needs and translating them into value propositions.
- Coordinate internal teams (consultants, UX, data, MarTech) to guarantee the delivery of differentiated proposals
- Build solid relationships with high-level stakeholders (CMOs, CDOs, CIOs...).
- Lead the conceptualization and negotiation of commercial proposals and RFPs.
- Contribute to the company's positioning in the market, participating in forums, events, and the development of strategic content.
