What you'll do
At Dentsu Madrid, we are looking for a Client Manager, whose functions will be:
- To lead the media strategy for two key accounts, ensuring the fulfillment of the clients' business and communication objectives.
- To act as the main point of contact between the client and internal teams, coordinating all disciplines and specialties involved in the campaigns.
- To manage integrated media plans (offline and online), ensuring a transversal and coherent vision across all channels.
- To supervise the planning, execution, and optimization of multimedia campaigns, including TV, digital, radio, press, outdoor, and special media.
- To analyze campaign performance and develop strategic recommendations based on data and market insights.
- To monitor investments, budgets, and results for the assigned accounts.
- To coordinate and lead meetings with clients, presenting proposals, results, and growth opportunities.
- To identify consumer trends and communication opportunities through studies and analysis tools.
- To work collaboratively with planning, buying, trading, digital, data, and research teams to guarantee excellence in service.
- To detect opportunities for business development and growth within the managed accounts.
