Requirements

What we're looking for

It will be essential to have completed your formal studies related to Transport and Logistics, International Trade, Customs, or related areas less than 3 years ago (degree, transcript, or proof of degree fee payment will be requested).

REQUIREMENTS:

Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training in International Trade or Transport and Logistics, preferably
Having completed an official degree less than 3 years ago, and not having previously held an internship contract related to that degree
Proficiency in Excel and ease in learning IT tools
Knowledge of customs or interest in the customs world.
Attention to detail
Ability to work in a team
Intermediate level of English (a higher level or other languages is valued, but not essential)
Native / C2 level of Spanish
Eagerness to learn

What do we expect from you as part of the best specialized team?

What you'll do

Carrying out customs clearances
Pre-billing of files in the Cargowise system
Communication with the maritime department for the conclusion of files.
Communication with customs and other agencies for the conclusion of files.
Back office (scanning, filing files, reporting...).
Any other additional function related to the job position and the team you join.
