The role
Your purpose will be to ensure the correct implementation and visibility of ElPozo's processed products at the point of sale, maximizing their turnover and presence through the execution of commercial agreements, monitoring of key indicators, and efficient management of the assigned route, thus contributing to the growth of the category among assigned clients. The areas to be managed will be the Basque Country, Santander, Navarra, and La Rioja.
What you'll do
- Achieve sales targets with assigned clients.
- Negotiate agreements and carry out brand installations at the point of sale.
- Complete the assigned route in terms of frequency and number of visits.
- Verify compliance with agreements reached with head office.
- Communicate the main established KPIs.
- Manage any incidents detected at the point of sale.
