The role

We are looking for an intern who wants to develop themselves in a dynamic and commercial environment, supporting the team in the daily management of requests, preparation of offers, and commercial communication.

What you'll do

Support in the management of the commercial inbox, following up on inquiries and requests.
Collaboration in the preparation, follow-up, and management of commercial offers.
Attention and channeling of inquiries related to products, prices, and offers.
Support in the preparation and publication of banners and newsletters, both internal and external.
Updating, organizing, and following up on commercial information and databases.

How you'll work

📍 Location: PLAZA (Zaragoza)
📅 Duration: minimum 6 months (with possibility of continuity).
🕘 Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 9:00 - 17:00 (1 h lunch) | Friday: 9:00 - 14:00

Requirements

Possibility of signing an internship agreement with Universa or Feuz.
Student of Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Administration and Finance, or similar.
Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft 365, and tools such as Artificial Intelligence like Claude.
Capacity for organization and attention to detail.
Proactive, resourceful person with a desire to learn.
