We are looking for the person who will lead the next stage of a leading foundation in the innovation and social impact ecosystem in Spain. A consolidated organization, with a mature project and a committed team, facing a new phase of strategic growth and model consolidation.
Lead the strategy, operational management, and institutional relations of the foundation, reporting directly to the Presidency. The selected person will be responsible for articulating the vision, executing the strategic plan, and consolidating the foundation as a benchmark in the impact ecosystem.
Execute and evaluate the foundation's strategic plan in alignment with the Board of Trustees.
Guarantee economic sustainability and fulfillment of the social mission.
Report periodically to the Board of Trustees on results, impact, and risks.
Represent the foundation before public administrations, companies, investors, and the media.
Lead the fundraising strategy (sponsorships, grants, philanthropy, impact investment).
Consolidate and expand strategic alliances with corporations and key ecosystem actors.
Supervise programs and operational areas
Ensure social and environmental impact measurement and reporting systems.
