Requirements
What we're looking for
- Experience in personnel administration and labor management: hiring, payroll, Social Security (TGSS), IRPF (income tax), temporary disability (IT), and time registration.
- Up-to-date knowledge of labor regulations and Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL).
- Experience in calculating labor costs and preparing personnel budgets.
Education & certifications
- University degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, or related degrees, or Higher Degree in Administration and Finance, Administrative Management, or similar.
Languages
- Professional proficiency in Spanish and Catalan.
- Intermediate-advanced level of English, necessary for the performance of the position.

The role
We are looking to hire an HR Technician to provide support to the Territorial Personnel Administration Service at the Mataró headquarters. The position combines the labor management of the headquarters' personnel with functions in payroll support, monitoring and analysis of personnel costs, preparation of budgets, and justification of costs associated with projects.
What you'll do
- Manage labor hiring processes, registrations, terminations, and contractual modifications.
- Perform the monitoring and control of the labor documentation of employees.
- Manage and monitor temporary disability processes and other labor incidents.
- Manage and control the time registration.
- Keep employee information up to date in the corporate ERP.
- Attend to and provide support for inquiries related to the labor and administrative management of personnel.
- Collaborate occasionally in the administrative management of personnel from other Eurecat locations.
Payroll, personnel costs, and projects
- Prepare and review the incidents necessary for the payroll process in coordination with the external management agency.
- Participate in the review of payroll, social security contributions, and other processes linked to personnel administration.
- Prepare, analyze, and monitor personnel costs.
- Participate in the preparation and updating of personnel budgets.
- Prepare reports and information related to personnel costs for audits, grants, and project justification processes.
Digital tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience in HR ERPs and people management tools.
