The role

An agricultural and livestock sector company is looking for an Administrative Assistant for technical management and coordination to work in Seville and perform the following tasks:

What you'll do

- Telephone/email handling of Service requests.

- Daily planning and assignment of interventions to field technicians.

- Coordination and optimization of schedules, routes, and workloads.

- Reception, registration, and follow-up of incidents and work orders.

- Telephone customer service and management of operational inquiries.

- Monitoring the status of interventions and communication with customers.

- Management of priorities, urgencies, and replanning.

- Control of assigned SLA compliance and support to the Service Management team.

- Among other tasks inherent to the job position.
