HR Manager

• University degree (HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or similar).

• Minimum 5 years as HR Manager / HRBP, ideally in a matrix organization.

• Experience with mixed populations: commercial (Sales/Marketing) and industrial. Background in FMCG, retail, consumer goods, or productive environments will be highly valued.

• Comfortable both in the head office and during visits to plants and operational centers.

• Solid handling of collective labor relations (works council, negotiation with union representation).

• Dynamic, flexible profile, with high adaptability, solution-oriented, and a true team player.

• Capable of combining strategic thinking and operational execution: from the design of an initiative to its implementation and the details of the day-to-day.

• Excellent communication and influence. Fine stakeholder management, capable of speaking the language of both the salesperson and the plant manager.

• High English level essential, with fluency in international environments (oral and written).

• Comfortable in complex and changing environments, with a certain degree of ambiguity.

• Key HR Manager position for a strategic business line within the company.

HR Manager - Industrial Multinational (Iberia) Barcelona · Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote) ·

You will be the HR point of reference for a mixed population that combines commercial teams (Sales and Marketing) and operational teams from the division. Your work will be twofold: supporting management in people decisions that drive the business, and at the same time ensuring that HR operations function with quality and rigor across very different realities - from the field sales force to plant and operations teams.

• Support Sales, Marketing, and Operations managers in organization, performance, development, compensation, and talent management.

• Adapt the HRBP role to the different business realities: commercial cycle, plant dynamics, shift calendars, prevention, and safety.

• Drive change and growth initiatives, both commercial as well as organizational and industrial.

• Advise with judgment: provide perspective, not just processes.

• Manage onboarding, development, performance, and offboarding in collaboration with People Services and corporate CoEs.

• Locally lead performance evaluation, talent calibration, and workforce planning processes, attending to both office and plant profiles.

• Detect training needs (technical, commercial, and leadership) and work with the CoEs to implement real solutions.

• Drive engagement, culture, and internal communication initiatives that truly connect with all groups.

• Ensure the correct local implementation of global HR processes.

• Promote the use of self-service tools by managers and employees, and coordinate transactional operations with People Services.

• Guarantee compliance with labor legislation in all policies and practices, including specific regulations for the industrial environment.

• Manage the relationship with the works council, unions, and legal worker representation in plants and work centers.

• Participate in internal/external audits and investigations when necessary.
