What you'll do

Ensure that Exlabesa systems are specified in construction projects in the Madrid area under your responsibility, by organizing and coordinating meetings with architecture firms, real estate developers, and construction companies.
Provide consultancy and technical assistance to clients (metal window and facade manufacturers) and specifiers (architects, engineers, developers) during the different phases of projects.
Study projects and prepare budgets, optimizing materials to ensure competitive bids.
Preparation of technical reports for projects.
Preparation of construction details and on-site meetings.
Perform calculations for thermal transmittance and acoustic attenuation.
Structural calculation and design.

Requirements

Experience and knowledge in aluminum systems for architecture.
Proficient and demonstrable knowledge of AutoCad.
Previous contact with architecture firms, developers, and construction companies in the Madrid area.
