What we're looking for

Education: Architect with at least 5 years of experience in a related sector, especially in relationships with architectural firms, real estate developers, and construction material distributors.
Skills:

- Goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to organize oneself and work autonomously.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD. Experience with CRM systems will be a plus.

- English level: intermediate to advanced (oral and written) for professional use.

The role

As a Specification Architect, reporting to the Specification Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth for roof windows and the relevance of this category in Castilla y León and Extremadura.

What you'll do

Visit and interact with architects, developers, and construction companies to promote our roof window solutions.
Manage and support installers within your area to achieve sales objectives.
Identify new projects and ensure the follow-up of specified projects in Castilla y León and Extremadura.
Provide technical and commercial advice to integrate our products and solutions into strategic projects.
