The role

Accompany our clients to bring their brand to life through packaging. At Grupo Faster, we are joining forces with an established label manufacturing company in Molina de Segura to boost its sales department. What you'll do

Your MISSION in this role

Guarantee maximum customer satisfaction by becoming their trusted consultant for all their needs in the area. Your work will optimize the sales area and build solid, lasting relationships, driving our brand value in the market.

You will accompany the client portfolio through fluid and proactive communication, managing their inquiries, ensuring order follow-up, and conducting post-sales surveys.
You will resolve incidents and claims by coordinating rapid solutions with the involved departments and keeping information updated in the CRM.
You will provide administrative support to the sales team, entering sales orders into the system and optimizing internal organization.

How you'll work

Predictable schedule for your day-to-day: You will enjoy a split shift from Monday to Friday (09:00 to 17:00 h, with a 20-minute lunch break), designed to facilitate your organization.
