• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of previous experience in similar positions within an industrial or multinational environment.
• Languages: Fluent English level (minimum B2+/C1) for fluid communication with corporate headquarters and the preparation of global reports.
• Experience in the implementation and auditing of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, handling of quality methodologies (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys), and proficiency in IT tools (Excel, Access, PowerBI).

At Randstad, we are looking for a Quality, Environment and Sustainability Manager with a disability certificate of 33% or higher to lead the technical and environmental area of a major multinational industrial company. If you have technical training, experience in team management, proficiency in English, and solid knowledge of ISO standards, this opportunity is for you!

Reporting directly to the Operations / Plant Management and leading a team of 8 people, your main tasks will be the following:

• Quality system management: Plan and lead internal audits (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001), support external customer audits, and supervise technical data sheets and inspection guidelines for raw materials and finished products.
• Process and indicator control: Monitor production processes together with the line inspector team, prepare KPI reports, analyze deviations, and develop reports following the manufacturing of pre-series.
• Supplier approval and auditing: Evaluate, approve, and perform qualitative monitoring of the supply chain, conducting technical visits to supplier plants to resolve incidents.
• Non-conformity management and continuous improvement: Lead incident investigations, manage customer claims using problem-solving tools (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa), and participate in daily continuous improvement meetings (TOP-15).
• Environmental management and sustainability: Maintain the environmental management system (ISO 14001), perform ecological footprint reporting, guarantee legal compliance regarding waste, and promote environmental culture within the plant.
