Forte Store is a fully Portuguese company operating in the trade of prestige brands from the Fashion World.

We are a growing company and are currently looking for a collaborator who will play a strategic role in contributing to the objectives of the People Management Department.

Main Functions:

- Ensure the execution of payroll processing and compliance with legal and tax obligations;

- Ensure the monitoring of schedules, holidays, and absenteeism, coordinating information with the stores and ensuring all necessary inputs for payroll processing;

- Administrative Human Resources management;

- Ensure the efficient management of the HR information system;

- Clarification of doubts regarding Human Resources administrative management, Labor Law, and payroll processing for employees;

- Ease of interpersonal relationships and teamwork and strong orientation toward the internal customer;

- Capacity for organization, sense of responsibility, and rigor;

- Spirit of initiative and proactivity;

- Good communication, influence, and critical thinking skills;

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
