With a degree or bachelor's in HR, Labor Relations, Law, or Psychology.

With at least 1 year of experience in an HR department.

We are looking for a person to join our team as an HR Technician, to collaborate in the processes of talent attraction, onboarding, development, and retention, as well as to provide administrative support to the activities of the Labor Relations area. The objective of the position is to ensure a positive employee experience during their lifecycle in the company, contribute to their professional development, and guarantee the correct administrative management of People processes.

These will be the functions that will fill your agenda:

📚 Participate in the organization, coordination, and implementation of training actions, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality of execution, and the achievement of established objectives.

🚀 Collaborate in the implementation and monitoring of Talent Area projects, performing assigned tasks to guarantee their correct implementation.

📅 Coordinate the logistics associated with training actions: calls, communications, vendor management, attendance monitoring, and evaluation of results.

📈 Perform the monitoring of training plans and keep the associated information updated.

🤝 Support the execution of initiatives related to employee experience, engagement, and corporate culture.

💙 Guarantee a positive employee experience during the different stages of their lifecycle in the company.

👋 Coordinate and monitor the onboarding and integration process of new hires.

🧩 Monitor actions linked to onboarding to guarantee adequate integration and adaptation to the position.

📂 Keep the area's documentation updated regarding positions, competencies, and talent processes.

💻 Update and maintain the information in the People ERP, ensuring the quality, integrity, and availability of the data.

📝 Provide administrative support to the processes of the Labor and Personnel Administration Area.

📋 Prepare and keep updated the administrative documentation required by the department.
