The role
At Fritz&Muller, we collaborate with various leading companies in the food sector, with a wide international presence and a firm commitment to quality, sustainability, and innovation.
Currently, we are looking to recruit profiles with good command of English to hold the position of Back Office, providing support to the various areas of the company and ensuring the correct management and monitoring of administrative processes.
What you'll do
- Management and monitoring of orders, customers, and suppliers.
- Document management and updating of databases and internal records.
- Coordination and monitoring of administrative processes.
- Preparation and review of documentation for customers, agencies, and internal teams.
- Support to the commercial, financial, and logistics departments.
- Monitoring of incidents and their resolution with the different interlocutors.
- Regular communication with customers and international teams in English.
- Management and monitoring of orders, customers, and suppliers.
- Coordination and monitoring of administrative processes.
