What you'll do

Technical-Commercial Support:
• Collaborate with the Engineering area and the Commercial Back Office in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
• Transform customer needs into viable technical solutions aligned with GAM Robotics' capabilities.
• Conduct technical and economic feasibility studies for commercial proposals.
• Analyze the technical feasibility of solutions at customer facilities.
• Supplier Management and Documentation:
• Request and analyze technical-economic information from key suppliers to ensure the competitiveness of proposals.
• Manage the technical documentation required for assigned proposals and projects.
• Customer Interaction:
• Participate in meetings with customers to understand their technical and commercial needs.
• Provide advice to the commercial network based on customer demands.
• Offer technical support during the pre-sales stage, explaining proposed solutions and technologies.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration:
• Work closely with the Business Development Manager to identify opportunities.
• Align designed solutions with the objectives of the Engineering Manager and the Projects Manager.
• Continuous Improvement and Updating:
• Stay informed about technological trends in mobile robotics.
• Propose improvements in technical and commercial processes to increase efficiency.
