• Previous experience in said position, minimum of 1 year (in a hotel kitchen or similar).
• Languages: Intermediate level English.
• Knowledge of the different hotel stations (cold, hot, desserts,...).

Gross annual salary between €28,289.00 and €36,970.00, depending on the professional experience provided, training, performance, and productivity.

At Garden Hotel Group, we are looking to hire a Cook to join our kitchen team at Hotel HyB Eurocalas. Their mission will be to prepare and present the food produced in the kitchen.

What will their functions be?

• Prepare and present the food produced in the kitchen, complying at all times with the quality standards and recipes established for each of the dishes, and contributing to the efficient operation of the kitchen and to the satisfaction of the Hotel's guests and customers.
• Comply with the instructions of their immediate supervisor regarding shifts, schedules, tasks, and the daily workloads to be performed.
• Collaborate with the organization of the storage and refrigerators of their station, for the correct use of products, continuously striving to achieve the highest levels of efficiency in the use of resources within their section and department.
• Carry out the assigned production according to the procedures and the presentation established in the quality standards and recipes, ensuring that waste is kept to the minimum acceptable level.
