Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum studies: Intermediate Degree in Computer Systems Administration.
Minimum previous experience of 1 year as a systems technician.
Knowledge of: Windows, Server 2022; hardware and software support; hotel applications; TCP/IP computer networks; Office 365, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
A valid driver's license is essential.

Nice to have

Experience in the hotel sector is preferable (not essential).
Intermediate English level (specific vocabulary).

The role

At Garden Hotel Group, we are looking to incorporate a Systems Technician into the corporate team. Their mission will be to provide services in the IT area, allowing the company's different users to maintain their business operational continuity through specific and innovative solutions, personalized attention, and rapid response to contingencies, supported by an agile, flexible, and committed technical and professional team.

What you'll do

Solve first-line incidents for hotels: printers, Wi-Fi lines not working correctly, computers, programs giving errors...
Perform maintenance and updates of Windows Server and virtualized environments (VMware).
Manage users, groups, and policies in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint).
Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure: switches, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
Install, configure, and maintain equipment, printers, and peripherals, and keep the asset inventory updated.
Fiber Optic Installer / Splicer (FTTH / Networks).
Participate in hotel openings and closings regarding: assembly and disassembly of machinery, verifying lines, controlling communications, Wi-Fi,...
Collaborate on improvement, deployment, and technological renewal projects.
