What are the requirements for the position?

• Degree in Building Engineering, Building Management, or similar.
• Previous experience in construction supervision and monitoring (valued).
• Knowledge of measurements, budgets, and cost control.
• Proficiency in standard IT tools (Office, AutoCAD, and similar).
• Organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Communication and teamwork skills.

• Coordination with external technicians, construction companies, and suppliers.

This is a position with a transversal vision, which will allow you to know the complete cycle of projects, from their initial planning to their completion, favoring professional development and the progressive assumption of responsibilities within a growing structure.

Gross annual salary between €28,000.00 and €40,000.00, depending on professional experience provided, training, performance, and productivity.

Your mission will be to provide technical support for hotel renovation projects and for the developer's projects.

What will your functions be?

• Drafting measurement reports.
• Preparing measurements to request quotes.
• Reviewing measurements received from architects, construction companies, and industrial contractors.
• Preparing budget comparisons.
• Analyzing prices, line items, and possible deviations.
• Reviewing work certifications.
• Verifying that the certified line items correspond to work actually executed.
• Controlling extras, modifications, and contradictory line items.
• Performing economic monitoring of each construction project.
• Preparing project progress reports.
• Conducting site visits.
• Control the progress of the works.
• Detecting incidents on site.
• Coordinating touch-ups and pending works.
• Reviewing the quality of execution.
• Preparing visit and monitoring minutes.
• Coordinating with construction companies, industrial contractors, architects, engineering firms, and suppliers.
• Providing support in construction planning.
• Assisting in the organization of deadlines and execution phases.
• Preparing or coordinating basic health and safety studies.
• Reviewing health and safety documentation.
• Organizing technical documentation: plans, reports, budgets, certifications, technical data sheets, and final project documentation.
• Providing technical support to the Renovation Department.
• Providing technical support to the Developer in new build projects.
