We offer you stability from day one, with a permanent contract, so you can focus on what motivates you.
Our working hours are flexible, and you will have the possibility to work more than 50% of your time remotely.

What you'll do

Manage, advise, and support the technical-administrative processes maintained in the Territorial office, to increase the quality of service to Mediators and Clients as well as to improve the efficiency of commercial processes.

1. Manage the cases and incidents requested of you

2. Attend to client requests to facilitate the most suitable solution for them.

3. Attend to and advise mediators in the various processes, both technical and administrative-accounting

4. Manage the client database to increase its quality level

5. Report incidents and improvement proposals to the Operations Manager.
