Currently, from the Madrid office, we are looking for a TELEPHONE CUSTOMER RECOVERY AGENT FOR THE ENERGY SECTOR, for Madrid.

Are you passionate about customer service and looking for a stable opportunity in a dynamic environment? This position is for you!

What you'll do

Making and receiving calls for the electricity and gas customer recovery campaign; these are customers who have churned and have been away from the company for a maximum of three months.

Your mission will be to win back customers and offer them solutions tailored to their needs.

Requirements we are looking for

Previous experience in a Contact Center.
Highly commercial profile.
Experience in the electricity sector will be valued.
Dynamic, proactive, and committed individuals.

27.30 hours per week, Monday to Friday:

Morning shift: 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Afternoon shift: 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM

Temporary contract for 3 months with GI Group.

Probationary period of 45 days.

According to the Contact Center collective agreement: €9.39/h gross. Incentives based on objectives.

Work area:

100% on-site position.

Office located in Carabanchel.

Training course: In-person. Selective. From November 04 to 06, both days included, from 9:30h to 14:30h.

Start date: November 10.
