Requirements

Your mission will be to assist in the implementation and support of the CRS, Connectivity, and Commercialization modules within the Tourism Management Suite platform (TMS forHOTELS) on SAP S/4HANA, ensuring their correct integration with the PMS, the ERP, and the rest of the group's strategic systems, contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes and supporting the growth of an international hotel company in full expansion.

What you'll do

Manage, configure, and maintain the TMS forHOTELS platform on SAP S/4HANA.
Participate in the integration of the CRS with PMS, SAP ERP, channel managers, and other corporate systems.
Act as a technical-functional interlocutor between IT and business areas such as Revenue, Sales, Distribution, and Marketing.
Participate in implementation, update, and international roll-out projects of the solution.
Analyze functional and technical requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Design and execute tests, support go-lives, and accompany users during hypercare phases.
Manage incidents and provide advanced support for the platform and its integrations.
Collaborate on initiatives related to cybersecurity, data protection, and regulatory compliance.
Prepare technical documentation, monitoring reports, and reporting for management.
