Requirements

What we're looking for

Vocational Training in Health Administration and Documentation, Clinical Assistant, Comprehensive Aesthetics and Wellness, or related studies.
Valuable experience in medical, healthcare, or clinical research centers.
Proficiency in IT tools, Office suite, and management applications.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Organized, rigorous, meticulous person with the ability to work in a team.
B2 level of English is valued.

The role

Grupo Crit is a multinational Human Resources company specializing in recruitment, temporary staffing, training, consulting, and outsourcing. We are selecting a Clinical Admission and Recruitment Administrator to join a renowned clinical research center located in Alcalá de Henares.

What you'll do

You will be part of the Clinical Research Unit, participating in the management and coordination of volunteers collaborating on clinical studies aimed at evaluating the efficacy of cosmetic products, medical devices, and nutritional supplements. You will be responsible for the correct organization of the admission area and for supporting participant recruitment processes.

Attention and reception of participants and volunteers.
Management of schedules, appointments, and operational planning.
Coordination of admission to guarantee the correct flow of participants.
Telephone contact and follow-up of volunteers for clinical studies.
Management of emails and communications related to trials.
Updating of databases and records in internal tools.
Administrative and documentary support for the different clinical studies.
Coordination with different departments to ensure the smooth running of daily activity.
Detection and communication of incidents related to participants, schedules, or operational processes.
