The role

At Grupo Crit HiTalent, we are looking for the next right hand to the managing director of a major technology company in Lleida. If you have experience in CRM, business analytics, and commercial process optimization, if you are passionate about transforming data into decisions and want to have a direct impact on the strategy and commercial efficiency of an international environment, this is your opportunity!

Lead and optimize the group's Revenue Operations model, ensuring that commercial processes, CRM, and data are aligned, reliable, and enable better business decisions. Act as a business partner to the Commercial Management, transforming information into analysis, forecasts, and actions that improve commercial efficiency, conversion, and business growth at an international level.

What you'll do

  • Serve as the functional owner of the corporate CRM (Zoho CRM) for all companies, business lines, and countries within the group.
  • Define and maintain the commercial data model: pipelines, stages, mandatory fields, product typologies, and multi-company and multi-country structure.
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements and direct their execution with the external technology partner, validating deliverables, deadlines, and costs.
  • Guarantee the quality and integrity of commercial data: validation rules, hygiene criteria, detection of inconsistencies, and traceability between CRM, quotes, and invoicing.
  • Define and control data governance: roles, permissions, and information confidentiality by company and territory.
  • Design and maintain the group's commercial dashboard: pipeline, conversion rate, sales cycle, mix by business line and country, and hardware repurchase rate.
  • Develop the group's commercial forecast: methodology, reliability monitoring, and analysis of deviations against targets.
  • Prepare, together with the Commercial Management, the periodic reporting of commercial KPIs to General Management.
  • Analyze performance by salesperson, team, region, and business line, providing actionable conclusions rather than just descriptive ones.
  • Redesign and standardize end-to-end commercial processes: lead, opportunity, quote, closing, after-sales, and repurchase.
  • Identify bottlenecks and operational frictions within the commercial team and propose and implement improvement solutions.
  • Train CRM users and ensure their adoption and correct use across all group branches.
  • Document processes, criteria, and metric definitions, maintaining a single dictionary of commercial indicators for the entire organization.
  • Evaluate and propose improvements to the commercial stack and its integrations with ERP, invoicing, marketing, and customer service.
  • Act as a business partner to the Commercial Management in monitoring the objectives of the international commercial team.
  • Participate in the preparation of commercial committees, action plans by region, and strategic opportunity analysis.
  • Liaise cross-functionally with Presales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and country managements.
  • Represent the Commercial Management in internal meetings and forums when required.
